Island Time | Double Daydream
Street Fight in Naples - 5.2%
This unfiltered Italian style pilsner is dry hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh and Saphir, which lends a slight haze to the beer. The addition of a moderate dry hop and more assertive kettle hopping results in an array of bright floral aromatics and refreshing flavors not common in other pilsner styles. With its light body and crisp, hoppy finish this nuanced lager is bound to become a fast favorite.
Velvet Tuxedo - 8.8%
Our Baltic Porter is both bold and silky smooth. It features a robust malt profile with notes of chocolate and coffee. Hints of roasted malt and a moderately firm bitterness keep this full bodied lager balanced and deceptively drinkable.
Back River Stout - 4.2%
The soft, creamy mouthfeel of this Dry Irish Stout is a product of the nitro-style pour. Watching the tiny, cascading bubbles gradually yield to a nearly jet black beer can be mesmerizing to watch. The resulting creamy, light brown head of foam lingers seemingly for days. The first taste brings roasty, almost coffee-like flavors and finishes dry on the palate. This classic stout is a perfect sessionable option for any time of year.
Overtones - 5%
This classic Bavarian-style Hefeweizen pours a cloudy, golden color with a thick foamy head. A true example of balance and restraint, the beer pairs yeast derived fruity banana-like esters alongside delicate notes of clove-like phenols, finishing with a refreshing effervescence characteristic of the style.
Island Time - 6.5%
New England style IPA with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and dripping with juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors from the heavy dose of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. This one will surely leave you feeling like you're on "Island Time".
Drift Velocity - 8.2%
This super smooth Double New England IPA features a blend of Citra, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops. Aromas of sweet citrus give way to flavors of mango and tangerine with a clean finish.
Diego To The Bay - 7%
Our take on a West Coast style IPA. This bold, yet balanced India Pale Ale has a solid malt presence with notes of light caramel, laying the foundation for the real stars of the show. We use 5 classic American hop varieties between the kettle and dry hop to bring loads of citrus on top of the sweet malt foundation. Expect notes of grapefruit and orange with hints of pine, culminating in a firm bitter finish leaving you thirsting for more.
Faded Embers - 6.5%
This American Red Ale features toasted malt flavors with notes of caramel and dark fruit. A firm bitterness perfectly balances the sweet malt base while the sizable late hop addition leaves you with hints of citrus in the crisp finish of this medium bodied ale.
Double Daydream - 8.2%
The big brother to Sunshine Daydream, this Double IPA, dry hopped with a ridiculous amount of New Zealand hops, amps up the juice intensity to the max. The ride begins with pleasant notes of candied mango, pineapple and guava, then explodes with intense juiciness, finally finishing clean on the palate leaving you begging for more.
"All That" Cherry - 6%
Part of our "All That" kettle sour series. This one is aged on cherries with a touch of vanilla.
